Wet hair thoroughly with lukewarm water.

Apply CHATTO® Longevity Black Royal Enhancement Organic Color Shampoo evenly throughout the hair.

Gently massage into the scalp and work the shampoo from roots through ends, making sure the color-enhancing formula is distributed evenly.

For the first application, allow the shampoo to remain on the hair for approximately 1–3 minutes while observing how quickly the hair accepts the Black Royal tone.

Rinse thoroughly with cool or lukewarm water.

Repeat only if additional cleansing or color enhancement is desired.

For coordinated color maintenance, follow with CHATTO® Longevity Botanical Black Royal Enhancement Color Conditioner.

IMPORTANT , STRAND TEST FIRST

Before applying throughout the entire head, test the shampoo on a small hidden section of damp hair.

Allow it to process briefly, rinse thoroughly, and allow the strand to dry completely before evaluating the finished shade.

Strand testing is especially important for:

Grey Hair • Light Brown Hair • Highlighted Hair • Bleached Hair • Chemically Treated Hair • Highly Porous Hair

Lighter or porous hair may absorb the Black Royal pigment more quickly and may produce a deeper, darker result.

How Often To Use

Use once or twice weekly or as needed to refresh and maintain the desired Black Royal shade.

Once the preferred depth and richness have been achieved, reduce frequency and use as needed for maintenance.

Important Color Caution

Results may vary depending on the hair’s starting color, porosity, previous color, and chemical treatments.

Grey, light, bleached, highlighted, or highly porous hair may absorb the Black Royal pigment faster and may appear darker than expected.

Wear gloves if desired. Dark pigments may temporarily stain hands, towels, clothing, or porous surfaces.
