How to Use

Step 1 — Hydrate

CHATTO® Aloe Moisture Mist

Shake well before use. Lightly mist the hair and scalp, concentrating on dry areas. Distribute evenly with your hands.

For braids, cornrows, microbraids, sister locks and locs, mist along the parts and throughout the length of the hair without oversaturating.

LEAVE IN. DO NOT RINSE.

Step 2 — Soften and Seal

CHATTO® Mom & Daughter’s Hair Softener

After applying the Aloe Moisture Mist, place a small amount of Hair Softener between your palms. Rub your hands together, then gently smooth it through the hair, concentrating on dry areas and the ends.

Begin with a very small amount. Add more only if needed.

LEAVE IN. DO NOT RINSE.

Instructions by Hair Type

Natural, curly, coily and textured hair:
Apply Aloe Moisture Mist first. Follow with Mom & Daughter’s Hair Softener to soften the hair and help seal in moisture. Use daily or whenever the hair feels dry.

Twists, cornrows and braids:
Mist lightly over the hair and along exposed parts. Smooth a small amount of Hair Softener over the style and ends. Avoid heavy buildup.

Microbraids, sister locks and locs:
Use the mist as the primary daily moisturizer. If needed, apply only a very small amount of Hair Softener to dry ends or areas requiring additional softness. Do not overapply.

Wavy, straight or fine hair:
Apply the Aloe Moisture Mist lightly. Allow the hair to dry, then use a very small amount of Hair Softener on dry hair, concentrating on the ends. Avoid applying too much near the roots.

Babies and small children:
Spray the mist into an adult’s hands first, then gently smooth it over the child’s hair. Follow with a tiny amount of Hair Softener. Avoid the face, eyes and hands.
